Mickey Alon
CEO & Co-founder
Mickey draws on his rich sales, managerial and entrepreneurial experience to lead Insightera’s strategic activities. A thought leader in Big Data and marketing technologies, Mickey previously served as Director of Sales-EMEA for GigaSpaces, a leading provider of mission-critical, extreme-transaction processing middleware for enterprises. Before assuming this position, Mickey was the co-founder of Wireless-K, an innovative social B2B e-commerce platform and a R&D group manager for Ness Technologies (NASDAQ: NSTC) and Comverse (NASDAQ:CMVT). In his leisure time, Mickey can be found biking around the hills of San Francisco.
Mike Telem
VP Business Development & Co-founder
Mike applies his extensive online marketing and business development experience to drive Insightera’s global business initiatives and sales operations. Prior to founding Insightera, Mike served as Business Development Manager in the RAD-Bynet group, focusing on new product business development for web, video and smart networks. He has also held business/technology positions at Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), Commtouch (NASDAQ: CTCH), Integrity Systems (acquired by Glass House USA) and Economic Models Ltd. A soccer enthusiast who prefers to play rather than watch. Mike also loves relaxing with old 80′s TV series re-runs.
Alexey Levin
VP Research and Development
Alexey oversees all R&D activities at Insightera. He has extensive experience in enterprise software development, has in-depth knowledge and experience in information systems architecture and software design methodologies. Alexey has successfully led cross-functional teams at companies such as CardGuard (SIX: LIFE) and Ness Technologies (NASDAQ: NSTC; acquired by an affiliate of Citi Venture Capital International). Quality and precision are attributes that Alexey takes beyond the workplace and utilizes in his regular weekly snooker game.

Israel Messer
Chief Financial Officer
Israel is the Chief Financial Officer at Insightera providing his expertise in financial knowledge and corporate development to the fast growing company. Israel has held several financial positions as VP Finance and Comptroller with Israeli investment companies and I.B.I Israel Biomedical Innovations. He holds a Business Administration degree from the Open University in Israel and an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School. Secretly, he likes to play video games in his spare time.

Tamar Frumkin
Marketing Director
Tamar is the energy and passion behind the marketing team, driving the marketing innovation to position Insightera as the leading B2B personalization solution. Tamar’s expertise in Brand Management and Public Relations Strategy was refined during her time at Infolinks Inc. She is a proud alumni from West Virginia University, where she graduated from the Perley Isaac Reed School of Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations and Business. When not travelling to organize Insightera’s trade shows, she can be found blogging good, quality content and is a lover of fine dining and sunny days.

Yanir Calisar
Customer Success Manager
Yanir manages Insightera’s customer relations and provides the training, support and professional services in the pre-sale and post-sale cycle. In addition, he has successfully led Insightera’s efforts to penetrate the Israeli market bringing in several high-profile hi-tech and telecom clients. Yanir studied a BA Degree in Technological Marketing Management and when he is not logged into Salesforce or Marketo you can find him playing guitar and keyboard in a rock band!
David Myers
Campaign Strategist
David loves the rush of planning and executing campaigns for Insightera and our customers. He focuses on demand generation strategies and delivering quality leads to the company, by utilizing the personalization platform itself. Prior to joining Insightera, David spearheaded global digital marketing initiatives at SodaStream International (NASDAQ: SODA). He holds a Business Science in Information Systems and an MA in Government. When not in front of a screen, David can be spotted wasting hours on the cricket field.
Rachel Klausner
Branding Specialist
Rachel heads up Insightera’s branding and design work. Coming from a background working in several startups, Rachel loves the fast-paced, dynamic work at Insightera. She’s a self-taught design junkie whose infographics have been published on Mashable. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland and is a self-confessed perfectionist who bakes every week and loves to scroll through font types. She is also the proud founder of a popular youth sports camp in Boston and a national intercollegiate basketball tournament.
Doron Tamari
Marketing Specialist
Doron contributes to the content and social media activities at Insightera, writing and researching the materials that everybody loves to read and share. Doron is sports obsessed and has worked for several universities in their sports marketing departments as well as a gig with the New Jersey Nets. He holds BSs in Marketing and International Business and is pursuing an MA in Sports Administration. He loves to attend live events and even occasionally commentates on sports games.

Dominik Suter
Sales Team Lead
Dominik leads the sales team and has a proven track record in sales strategy, revenue creation and growing the customer install base. He is focused on driving Insightera’s sales process and delivering the highest professional service and gaining strong customer loyalty and commitment to Insightera’s personalization platform. Dominik previously held senior account executive roles in companies in New Jersey and New York.

Alon Josefsberg
Sales and Business Development
Alon is the sales and business development manager for the US market, coming from a diverse sales background in security services, real estate and technology. Alon is strategically focused on rapid sales growth in the US and promotion of Insightera as the leading B2B personalization platform on the market. For several years, Alon has volunteered for animal rescue services and loves to spend hours in a good old-fashioned used book store.

Aaron Rabinovitz
Sales and Business Development
Aaron develops long term relationships with Insightera’s North American market. He comes from a business development background working with inbound and outbound SaaS software and business solutions. When Aaron is not focused on closing the deals, he loves to travel and notched up the following sightseeing milestones: the Parthenon, Eiffel Tower and the Alaskan panhandle.
Irena Davidov
Office Manager
Irena oversees the daily operations, human resources and financial administration in Insightera’s office. She has over 15 years of accounting and administration experience and contributes to the positive working environment and corporate culture of Insightera. After hours, Irena loves cooking daily for her kids and family.
