As a new startup, Powtoon came to Insightera while in the process of their Beta launch, looking for a solution to engage more of their online traffic.
They were beginning their social media programs and had good web traffic numbers, but needed to increase conversions and turn the traffic into qualified leads, and eventually paying clients. They found Insightera at a Meet Up where Insightera’s CEO & VP of Business Development were speakers, and began an Insightera trial.
As a result of integrating the Insightera platform, PowToon was able to identify key segmentation analysis of their online traffic. Identifying the segmentations enabled PowToon to auto-engage specific online visitors, and target them with industry and behavior specific information in real time.
PowToon had great content – white papers, case studies, landing pages, even video tutorials to show to their clients. Using Insightera gave them the information to introduce targeted information to very specific groups of clients, in real time, while they were browsing the PowToon website.
One major traffic segments they noticed were education companies. By created a specific reaction for the education sector, prospective B2B clients from the education sector were able to see PowToon’s most relevant information for education – how to make tutorials and other teaching tools using PowToon’s presentations. This targeted interaction led to measurable results. Three days later PowToon had an increase of 323 impressions and 51 conversions! That’s a 16% conversion rate, leading to 28 new leads, and new lead generation increase of 9%.
